Hands4Hope LA  provides support to parents of at-risk youth ages 8 to 18 from low-income, predominantly minority households with a semi-annual parent resource fair and other assistance to improve the quality of life for their families, including free S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) based after-school programs and a low cost summer camp.
