We would love for you to join us in our mission of empowering youth to use art as a vehicle for self-expression and community awareness by becoming a Free Arts volunteer.
r Free Arts is a nonprofit dedicated to providing underserved youth, age four to eighteen years, with programs that use art as a vehicle for positive self-expression, leadership development, and foster positive youth-adult partnerships.
r All of our Free Arts programs are lead and facilitated by our passionate and dedicated volunteers. We are currently recruiting diverse volunteers who would be interested in leading one of our transformative Free Arts program during our Summer 2015 Cycle.
r You can refer individuals to us or we can come present to a group of interested volunteers. We provide an engaging presentation that includes ice breakers and team builders. Our presentation is not only informative, but it will leave the interested volunteer applicants feeling united as a team and motivated to serve.
r If you have any questions or concerns regarding Free Arts or our volunteer recruitment process please feel free to contact us. For more detailed information about Free Arts, please visit our website at www.freearts.org. Attached is a Free Arts program overview.
All of our programs require an 8 week commitment. 2.5 hours are required each week.
