The BruinTech mission is to share technical knowledge and experience, encourage innovation and promote participation among all Bruin technologists.
First Fridays is a monthly, one-one-one clinic that helps retired UCLA staff and faculty develop basic tech skills. As a volunteer, you will help retirees resolve technological issues and learn how to use electronic devices and applications. To volunteer you do NOT need to be a technology expert. You only need experience using new technologies (smartphones, email, tablets, etc.) and a desire to help others.
To register, please email Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The program occurs the first Friday of every other month (February, April, June, October) from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm in YRL Research Commons. This year, the sessions will take place on:
- February 3
- April 7
- June 2
- October 6
