The Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics (SBMT) is a non-profit society organized for the purpose of encouraging basic and clinical scientists who are interested in areas of Brain Mapping, engineering, stem cell, nanotechnology, imaging and medical device to improve the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients afflicted with neurological disorders. This society promotes the public welfare and improves patient care through the translation of new technologies/therapies into life saving diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The 14th annual congress (April 18-20) will bring together physicians, scientists, policy makers, funding agencies and industry to further the advances and applications in brain and spinal cord mapping and image guided therapies (operative and non-operative).
Brief summary of volunteer duties:
1) Registration desk work.
2) Support the IT staff and check for ID badges of participants in the break out session rooms
3) Gala, poster session set up, exhibitor hall, etc.
4) Volunteers may assist SBMT staff or SBMT board members who may need their help.

The conference will be held on April 18-20 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA each day from 7:30am to 5:00 pm
